HoloStage 98 life-size hologram system

HoloStage 98 is Culenz's 98-inch life-size hologram system for lobbies, sales galleries and experience centres. It combines the display, scheduled playback and remote content updates, so permanent sites run without technical staff.

01 — Overview

HoloStage 98 at a glance

HoloStage 98 is a 98-inch life-size hologram system for permanent sites. It suits lobbies, sales galleries, showrooms, museums and experience centres.

Unlike a one-off rental, it runs every day for months or years. It is designed to work without technical staff on site.

Typical uses include a virtual receptionist, a founder's welcome, a product showcase or a museum guide.

02 — What's included

What the platform includes

  • Life-size display

A 98-inch screen shows people and products at true size.

  • Scheduled playlists

Content plays on a schedule you set, from opening to closing time.

  • Remote updates

New content is pushed to the box without a site visit.

  • Optional interaction

Add touch or voice, including an AI presenter that answers questions.

03 — Key features

HoloStage 98 in depth

  1. 01

    A life-size virtual presenter

A presenter filmed against black appears life-size inside the box. Visitors feel they are meeting a real person.

Messages can welcome guests, explain products or share offers. Different messages can play at different times of day.

  2. 02

    Scheduled playlists

Content plays on a schedule you set, from opening to closing time. The box starts and stops automatically each day.

You can plan different playlists for weekdays, weekends or special events. Visitors see fresh content on each visit.

  3. 03

    Remote content updates

New content is pushed to the box over the internet. No one needs to visit the site to change what plays.

That makes it easy to run campaigns, launch products or update information. Several boxes can be updated at once.

  4. 04

    Optional interaction

A touch screen or sensor lets visitors choose what the hologram shows. Each visitor can follow their own interest.

An AI presenter can answer visitor questions from your approved content. That turns the hologram into a guide.

  5. 05

    Producing the content

Culenz films presenters in a studio set up for hologram content. We also create 3D animations of products and spaces.

Every piece is tested on a real box before it goes live. That makes sure it looks right at life size.

  6. 06

    Placement and installation

We survey the site to choose the best position, viewing angles and lighting. The box works best away from direct sunlight.

Our team delivers, installs and tests the system. Staff learn the simple daily checks during handover.

  7. 07

    HoloStage 98 in sales galleries

In a real estate or car showroom, a life-size presenter welcomes buyers and introduces the project. Sales staff then take over the conversation.

The hologram keeps the gallery lively during quiet hours. It also delivers the same key message to every visitor.

  8. 08

HoloStage 98 in museums and experience centres

A historical figure, scientist or founder can tell their story at life size. Visitors remember a person far better than a text panel.

Several boxes can form a trail through the galleries, each with its own presenter and theme.

  9. 09

HoloStage 98 in hotels, offices and airports

A virtual receptionist greets guests and points them to the right desk or lift. It can share wayfinding, offers and safety messages.

Corporate lobbies use it to welcome clients with a founder's message or a product story. Content changes for each important visit.

04 — Our process

Our HoloStage 98 delivery process

Every project starts with a free scoping call to agree goals, audience, venue, devices and dates. You then receive a written scope with dated milestones.

We gather your files, build a first draft and review it with you, in the headset or on site. Final content, testing and installation follow.

After launch, our crew runs the experience or hands it over with training. An annual maintenance contract can cover support, repairs and updates.

  1. 01

    Scope

We agree goals, audience, venue, devices and dated milestones, and you sign off the scope.

  2. 02

    Capture and storyboard

We gather plans, photos or scans and build a draft for you to review in the headset or on screen.

  3. 03

    Build

Final models, content and interactions are added and tested on the target device.

  4. 04

    Integrate and rehearse

Hardware is wired in, and the experience is rehearsed at the venue or a mock-up.

  5. 05

    Run and support

Our crew runs it or hands it over, followed by a review and a maintenance plan.

05 — Planning your project

Budget and the right partner

Pricing

HoloStage 98 pricing factors

Cost depends mainly on how much content is custom, the hardware involved and how long the experience runs. On-site crew and travel add to event projects.

Reusing your existing CAD, BIM, footage or brand assets lowers cost. Building from photos or 2D drawings takes more modelling time.

We send an itemised quote after the scoping call. Content, hardware, crew and support are listed separately, so you see what each part costs.

Checklist

Choosing your HoloStage 98 partner

  • Ask to see work the team has delivered, and who will actually build yours. Check that the same people stay on your project from scope to launch.
  • Ask how they test on the real device or venue, and what happens if something fails on the day. A clear answer shows real delivery experience.
  • Finally, ask for an itemised quote and a dated schedule. Vague estimates usually lead to surprises later in the project.

07 — FAQs

Questions buyers often ask

Should we buy HoloStage 98 or rent a hologram box?

Buy HoloStage 98 when the hologram will run for months in one place, like a lobby or gallery. For a launch or expo lasting a few days, renting a hologram box costs less. Culenz offers both options in India and Dubai.

How is HoloStage 98 different from a rented hologram box?

A rental suits events lasting a few days, with content made for each event. HoloStage 98 suits permanent sites, with scheduled playback, remote updates and maintenance for daily use over years.

Can HoloStage 98 run several languages?

Yes. Content can be produced in several languages and scheduled or chosen by visitors. Touch or voice interaction lets each visitor pick the language they prefer, which suits airports, hotels and tourist sites.

How do we update HoloStage 98 content?

New content is uploaded and pushed to the box remotely. Your team can change playlists, while our studio produces new films and animations and sends them to the box. Updates usually need no site visit.
