02 — What's included

The project at a glance

  • Coming soon

We publish case studies only with the client's approval and real results.

03 — Key features

Real estate VR walkthroughs in depth

  1. 01

    VR for luxury real estate

Luxury buyers expect to understand a home in detail before they commit. Many are overseas or too busy for repeated site visits.

A virtual walkthrough shows the finished home, its finishes, light and views, long before handover.

  2. 02

    Virtual sample villas and penthouses

We build virtual sample villas and penthouses from the architect's BIM or CAD files. Buyers walk every room at true scale.

Finish and furniture options can be switched during the sales conversation.

  3. 03

    Holograms in the sales gallery

A 98-inch life-size hologram can welcome buyers or present the developer's vision. A holographic scale model shows the master plan.

Together with VR, they create a sales gallery buyers remember.

  4. 04

Virtual site visits for overseas buyers

Overseas buyers can explore the home from a browser link during a video call. A sales executive guides them room by room.

That suits projects in Dubai and India with many international and NRI buyers.

  5. 05

    Accuracy and approvals

Every view matches the approved plan. Marketing stays consistent with RERA in India and advertising permits in Dubai.

When plans change, the walkthrough is updated from the revised files.

  6. 06

    Coming to this case study

The published case study will cover the project, what we built and approved results such as buyer response.

Numbers will appear only with the developer's approval and a clear source.

  7. 07

    Selling the view

In luxury property, the view is often part of the price. A walkthrough can show the real view from each floor, built from drone footage or site photos.

Buyers then compare units by what they will actually see from the balcony.

  8. 08

    Measuring results

Depending on the format, we can record sessions, viewers, dwell time, leads or training scores. The measures are agreed with the client before launch.

We publish numbers on this site only when the client has approved them and their source is clear.

Where figures are still being confirmed, the case study describes the work without them.

  9. 09

    Comfort, safety and access

Every experience is designed for first-time users. We avoid camera movement the user didn't cause and keep sessions short at busy events.

Headsets are cleaned between users, and the headset maker's age guidance is followed. Screen, dome and hologram versions serve people who prefer not to wear a headset.

Our crew briefs each visitor and stays close during the session, so everyone feels safe and confident.

  10. 10

    Equipment and crew

Culenz supplies the cameras, headsets, projectors, hologram boxes and computers each project needs. Everything is tested together before it leaves the studio.

A trained crew sets up, runs and packs down the experience. Spare equipment travels with them, so a single fault never stops the show.

  11. 11

    More Culenz work

Our published work includes the Republic Day Parade and Independence Day live in VR 360°. The IT Day XR Dome welcomed more than 1,00,000 visitors.

It also includes a VR ride for BMW Motorrad and an experience for Audi India. Festivals include a leading literature festival and Jashn-e-Rekhta, alongside a virtual Lotus Temple.

04 — Our process

Delivering a project like this

Every project follows five stages: scope, capture and storyboard, real-time build, integration and rehearsal, then run and support. Each stage ends with the client's sign-off.

The client reviews the work in the headset, on screen or at the venue at every stage. Changes happen early, when they cost the least.

On the day, a Culenz crew runs the experience or the broadcast. Afterwards, the client receives recordings, reports or a handover as agreed.

  1. 01

    Scope

We agree goals, audience, venue, devices and dated milestones, and you sign off the scope.

  2. 02

    Capture and storyboard

We gather plans, photos or scans and build a draft for you to review in the headset or on screen.

  3. 03

    Build

Final models, content and interactions are added and tested on the target device.

  4. 04

    Integrate and rehearse

Hardware is wired in, and the experience is rehearsed at the venue or a mock-up.

  5. 05

    Run and support

Our crew runs it or hands it over, followed by a review and a maintenance plan.

05 — Planning your project

Choosing the right partner

Checklist

Planning a similar project

  • Start with the goal and the audience. A brand activation, a national broadcast and a heritage tour each need a different format and crew.
  • Book a free scoping call, and we will recommend a format, a schedule and an itemised quote. If a simpler option works better, we will say so.
  • Fixed dates, such as an event or launch, should be shared early. Content production usually takes longer than setup.

Checklist

Commissioning checklist

  • Who is the audience, and will they watch in a headset, on a phone or in a crowd? What should they remember or do afterwards?
  • What are the fixed dates, and who signs off each stage? Clear answers keep the project on time and focused on its goal.

07 — FAQs

Questions buyers often ask

Can VR walkthroughs show luxury finishes accurately?

Yes. We use the finish schedule, material samples and approved renders to match stone, wood, metal and fabric. Real-time scenes are tuned for each device, and the developer reviews every room.

Does Culenz build walkthroughs for villas in Dubai?

Yes. Our Dubai office supports developers in Dubai with walkthroughs, holograms and scale models. Content follows the approved project details and the advertising permit, as with any other property marketing.

Can buyers explore a walkthrough on a phone?

Yes. A browser version runs on phones and laptops, so buyers can revisit the home after a call or visit. Sales teams can share the link through messaging apps after each meeting.

When will this case study be published?

It will be published once a client approves the content and results. Meanwhile, book a demo to see real estate walkthroughs and holograms at our studio. Demos also run online for clients in India and Dubai.
