This policy explains what personal data Culenz collects through culenz.com, why we collect it and how we protect it.
It also explains your rights over your data, and how to use them.
01Who we are
Culenz is an AR, VR and mixed reality company with offices across India and in Dubai.
Culenz decides why and how the personal data described here is used. That makes Culenz its data fiduciary, also called its data controller.
Our headquarters is at G1, 155, RIICO, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
This policy covers the website, its forms and the emails, calls and WhatsApp messages that follow from them.
02The short version
- We collect personal data only when you send it to us, for example through the demo form.
- We use it to reply to you, arrange your demo and prepare a quote.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
03What we collect
We collect the details you choose to give us. Most of them come from the demo and brochure forms on this site.
- Contact details: your name and work email address, plus your phone number and company if you add them.
- Project details: your sector, location, preferred type of demo and the message you write about your plans.
- Brochure requests: whether you asked us to email you a brochure.
- Messages you send us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp, and our replies to them.
Please do not send sensitive personal data, such as health or financial details, through the form. We do not need it to arrange a demo.
04Technical data
Like every website, ours is run by a hosting provider that receives technical data when you open a page. This includes your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.
The hosting provider keeps this data in server logs to run and secure the site. We do not combine it with your form details or use it to profile you.
When you submit a form, our server stores a one-way hash of your IP address and request times. We use it only to stop automated abuse, such as floods of fake enquiries.
Request times older than one hour no longer count towards that limit. They are removed the next time a request arrives from the same address.
05Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any other tracking tool.
Fonts, images and scripts come from our own domain, so opening a page shares no data with others.
Links to LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Government e-Bazaar take you to those services. Their own privacy policies apply once you are there.
06How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo in person, inside VR or with a live hologram.
- To send you the brochure you asked for.
- To prepare a proposal or quote, and to deliver any project you then agree with us.
- To keep a record of our conversations, so any colleague can pick up your request.
- To protect the website and its forms from abuse.
We do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not build marketing profiles from your data.
We use this data on two grounds. You asked us to contact you, which is consent, and it helps us move towards a contract.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. We will then stop contacting you about your enquiry.
07Requests sent by AI assistants
This website lets AI assistants book a demo for their user through the same form. If an assistant sends your details for you, we treat them exactly like a form you submitted yourself.
Please check what your assistant sends on your behalf. We contact you directly to confirm every demo before it is booked.
08Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us respond to you. They may use it only for that purpose.
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
- Our email provider, which stores those messages in our inbox.
- A customer relationship management (CRM) or automation tool, if we connect one to the form to track enquiries.
We may also disclose personal data when the law requires it, for example to a court or a regulator.
09Where your data is stored
Our team works in India and Dubai. Our service providers may store data on servers in other countries.
When your data is processed abroad, we use only providers that protect it to this policy's standard.
10How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond and manage any follow-on project.
If no project follows, we delete them once they are no longer useful, or sooner if you ask.
Some records, such as invoices for completed projects, must be kept for periods set by tax law.
11How we protect it
The whole site runs over HTTPS, so form data is encrypted on its way to our server. Only Culenz staff who handle enquiries and projects can see form submissions.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the relevant authority, as the law requires.
12Your rights
Depending on where you live, data protection laws give you rights over your personal data.
They include India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU GDPR.
- Access: ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correction: ask us to fix data that is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your data once we no longer need it for its original purpose.
- Withdrawal of consent: tell us to stop contacting you. This does not affect anything we did before you told us.
- Nomination: under Indian law, name a person to use these rights for you if you die or cannot act.
- Complaint: contact us first. If we cannot resolve it, go to the Data Protection Board of India or your local regulator.
To use any of these rights, email info@culenz.com from the address you used with us. We aim to reply within 30 days.
We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so we never share your data with someone else.
13Children and young people
This website is for businesses and public bodies, not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
14Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our website or our use of data changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
